1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AI Marketplace at a-i-marketplace.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Products & Licensing
All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the content for personal and commercial purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage the products as your own
- Share your download links publicly (each purchase is for one user)
- Use the products to train AI models without our written permission
3. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll process a full refund. Refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
4. Free Updates
When we release a new version of a product you've purchased, you'll receive an email with a fresh download link. Updates are free for life.
5. Pricing & Currency
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Stripe will charge your card in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate plus any fees your bank may apply. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees.
